I have new books to read! *grinning from ear to ear*

Devilboy gave me a RM30 borders voucher 2 months ago for making me wait. I was contemplating to buy books with the only RM30 vouchers I had. Didnt wanna buy wrong books with it. Last Saturday, my cousin sister shared with me a book that she was reading. It is called ” For one more day” by Mitch Albom. The title itself already sounds interesting. I got hooked immediately after reading the back cover and decided to look for it very soon.

 Finally, yesterday, after gym for 1 hour @ curve (yeah. Have to start working out cos I gained weight again!!!), I went browsing at Borders. I was so happy when I found the book at “3 for 2″ corner! With the voucher, 1 book is FREE, with the promotion, another book is FREE. That means, I am only paying the price of 1 book for 3 books!!! WHAT A BARGAIN!!!

the books that I bought:

1) For One More Day – Mitch Albom
this book is about a guy who is lost everything, his job, his wife, his daughter.He hits rock bottom after discovering that he is not invited to his only daughter’s wedding. And he decided to take his life.”

2) Ugly – Constance Briscoe
this book is based on a true story of a loveless childhood who found the courage to survive her terrible start in life. This is her heartbreaking – and ultimately triumphant – story.

3) The under cover Economist – Tim Harford
This book talks about economy, the hidden stories behind gap between rich and poor nation, and other forces that shape our day-to-day lives, often without us knowing it.I think this book should be interesting.

I am so happy. *grinning all the way* Eventhough I spent a little, but I am happy. (I dont have much to spend anyways!)

This should happen more often. So that I have more books to read!
